I am pleased to say that I fought off temptation today. I didn't realize that I would have so much willpower.  I even drank an extra liter of water just in case I gave in.  This is by far the BEST diet EVER! I kept telling myself that I only have 5 days left of Phase 2 & 10 pounds to lose for my 1st goal of losing 40 pounds AND I have not cheated yet.  I amazed myself once again & you know, it feels GREAT!! My youngest daughter said to me, "But it will be all worth it when you have reached your goal."  I can't believe that I started this diet w/ http://www.affordablehcgdiet.com/ 5 weeks ago AND I am so grateful that I did.  Everyday I go to their facebook site (affordableHCGdiet) to see other successes, tips, humor, recipes, & support...thank you :)
